They are for committed, open-minded leaders with a heart, who value human-to-human interaction and are ready to move from ambiguity to clarity. You are working in a multicultural environment as project leaders, team members, or executives leading cross-culturally. You understand the relevance of personal development in building your intercultural competence.

• The Human Leader Practice Circle will give you a solid foundation in Intercultural Communication/DEI in a practice-oriented way, working at your own pace.

• The Human Leader Mastery Circle meets twice a month, and consists of 6 deep dives on a specific topic, followed by an expert-led session where you bring your issues to the Circle and take home solutions.

  
  In all cases, you will be able to elaborate on your learnings once a month through "ask me anything" sessions, and benefit through access to the Linking People community to share questions, challenges and inspiration 24/7.

Addressing the needs of each individual through professional facilitation is central to Circles. In the Practice Circle this is done through Q&A with an expert; in the Mastery Circle it's additionally through peer-to-peer problem solving and learning from each other. I will guide you on how to implement the insights you've made immediately into your daily work. You can also ask follow-up questions in the Linking People Community at any time.

Every Circle Member will automatically become part of our Linking People Community, a closed networking platform of like-minded leaders from different cultures and professional fields, providing space to connect with others, share your challenges and triumphs, and access the latest research and insights.

All deep dives and ask-me-anything sessions will be recorded, but not the Circle session when we work on your specific issues. We believe a safe, confidential space is important in empowering you to develop and flourish as a leader.

You can pay in one instalment or monthly payments. Your non-refundable membership lasts a full year. If for some reason you are unable to attend, we can discuss postponing your participation to a later date.

The Linking People Circles are designed to fit your busy schedule. The more time you put in, the more you’ll get out.

On average, we recommend setting aside up to 2 hours per week for the duration of the program.

• The Human Leader Practice is a self-led program combined with monthly 90-minute circle meetings. You have one year of access, allowing you to work at your own pace. However, continuous engagement is recommended to maintain progress.

• In the Human Leader Mastery, we meet six times a year for 60-minute deep-dive and 90-minute circle meeting. Between sessions, you can work on topics and engage with the community as needed.
