  • Handouts on each topic, video of each deep-dive

  • Ongoing access to the linking people community

  • Lifelong access to circle material

  • Intimate group setting (max. 10 participants, carefully selected)

  • Certificate of attendance

  • Offered in English or Deutsch

  • Next cohort starting in January 2025

Optional add-ons:

  • Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), personalised feedback & development plan

  • 1:1 support online between sessions

As this is a very personalised circle, we will start with a 20-minute call to ensure this is good fit all around.

Topics we'll explore

  • Cross-cultural effectiveness starts with you:
How your own cultural lens shapes every decision, reaction, and relationship.

  • Time isn't 'one-size-fits-all':
What cultural attitudes towards time reveal and why they matter more than you think.

  • Building trust across cultures:
Why your way could backfire and what to do instead.

  • Understanding what's really being said:
How to navigate high and low context communication.

  • What makes or breaks multicultural teams:
    The hidden dynamics often missed.

  • Wildcard session:
Vote on a topic not already covered that's highly relevant to your group.

Solution

"What I enjoyed most about the Mastery was the opportunity to engage in meaningful discussions with peers from different cultural backgrounds. The group included participants from both Europe and the US, which allowed for a rich exchange of perspectives on intercultural communication and leadership. Living in the US Midwest, I rarely have the chance to interact so directly with professionals who bring such diverse cultural experiences to the table, and I found these conversations both eye-opening and valuable."

"Living and working abroad in an international company, I found the Mastery program incredibly valuable in helping me adapt to a new cultural environment. Over six months, I deepened my understanding of intercultural competence, developed greater sensitivity to cultural dynamics, and learned practical tools to better deal with different values and beliefs. The open exchange within the group was especially enriching, as it provided a safe space to share experiences, reflect together, and learn from different cultural viewpoints."
